On site or at our office

This usually takes two to six hours and in that time we will set up some coding for your Word and Excel use as well as providing a series of notes to cover what was done. Apart from providing a solution or solutions to an immediate problem the basic objective is to put you in a position where you can alter, adapt etc what was done so as to apply it for your future use.

We only recommend this service for people who want something more than a solution for just a current problem or issue. If the objective is to only solve a current issue or problem then email and phone will be far more economical for you.

Most small businesses that use Word and Excel tend to do so over a narrow range of the products capabilities and it is this narrow range we concentrate on.

For MS Word and Excel we charge $75 for the first hour and then $50 per hour for the balance. For MS Access we charge $150 per hour.

Phone and Email

Phone and email is the ideal way to have specific issues solved. For this we generally charge on a “per solution” basis and the fee ranges from $25. With Excel and Word we usually suggest you email us the file and we will put the solution in the Word or Excel file and email it back to you. Sometimes it might not be suitable for you to send us the file and in that case we email you an Excel or Word file and show you how to copy the solution into your Word or Excel applications.

You can either email or call use for a quote and with a brief outline of the problem or what you want to do in Excel or Word.

If you think it will be too expensive to get your solution still email or call as more often than not what looks like a big issue is simple to solve or provide you with a solution. On the other hand some of the “small issues” can be the biggest to fix.
