Email System
We can make a system for you that will automate both the emails you send and the emails you receive. Some examples are as follows:

Attachments automatically saved to a specific folder. You can even have different file types go to their own folder. For example, attachments that are Word docs, PDFs, pictures etc can be automatically sent to a pre determined fold or can be sub folders of an “attachment folder” If there are a mixture of file types on the one email our system would automatically save them to the appropriate folder. |

The body or text of the email can also be part of the save. In addition, any email addresses in the body of the email can be automatically extracted. |

Any emails you receive from someone who you have a record of in something like Excel can be linked to the record. In other words with one click you can see all the emails and any attachments you received from a customer or client. |
