Office Management

We can make a complete office management system for you.

This is customised for you, what you want is what you get. It can also include record management of your personal contacts and activities.

We can do it in a modular form so you only need to buy the parts most needed.

For example, you might only want full automation of your emails and invoices.

For a full system we need you to have Microsoft Office installed. If you don’t have MS Office we can still do a lot but the whole thing. However, for many people we can make more than what they want even if they don’t have S Office installed.

We generally only do full systems in the Sydney Metro area as we prefer to visit and see what sort of programs are on your computer or computers.

For full systems we normally charge a deposit and a “pay as we go” basis. For example, 1/3rd might be the deposit and a further 1/3rd would be payable on a rough working model and the last 1/3rd paid on completion. There is a lot of variation as no two systems are the same.
